Well, that didn't go as planned.

I might have bought three knitting books from Amazon last night.

I couldn't help it.  I was trying to knit socks and couldn't figure out the terminology and Google wasn't helping me AT ALL.

It could be fair to say I might have an addiction to Amazon.  My therapist says I can blame it on COVID.  Everything closed and here we all were without toilet paper and donuts.  She is right, I know, because I pay her to tell me these things BUT is it only that?  Working through those trapped emotions.   I do know I have always had a need to be prepared and the fear of running out of needs used to raise my blood pressure well before 2020 BUT I didn't spend so much then.

Thoughts?

  1. Yeah - I also have an amazon addiction and I have a need to stockpile.

I think I'm cancelling amazon prime and removing the app from my phone, to make it more difficult to use. I have a house full of stuff, I don't *really*need anything more.

adding on - I also keep trying to get rid of clutter - while still buying crap? Probably I should stop buying stuff if i want less stuff in my house.
